My experience with Haolic has been excellent until today. My UV machine is the best, it prints beautiful colors. I only had to change the printhead once because I left it unused for over 2 weeks when moving warehouses, but other than that it works perfectly. Working with Jerome has been great, always attentive to your needs, and Henry is the best technician in the world. If you ever need a technician, ask for Henry—he’s the best of the best. I really enjoy working with Haolic machines and I hope our business relationship lasts a long time.
I received my UV DTF printer & I just got it installed and figured out. Jerome was my seller & he connected me with a tech to set up my printer. I’m very happy. I love printing double sided stickers and my small company is getting business very fast from these stickers. Once it’s set up it prints great and looks great! I’m very happy!
I had a few software configuration issues but I contacted the support team and the issue was resolved. They remote into your PC and sends directions that needs to be followed to work out the kinks. Great purchase and support.
The communication is fantastic!!! Looking forward to purchasing another printer from here again! Delivery went smooth I did have to go pick it up at DHL but it was my pleasure to be honest. Had an issue getting the ink flowing but April was fast and got it up and running very fast. Thanks so much!
